Description
Telesystem-Mesko is also working on the implementation of the Pirat anti-tank guided missile, which may complement the Spike systems used by the Polish Armed Forces. In cooperation with Mesko, the company is responsible for the development, modernization and digitalization of semi-active homing heads for 120 mm and 155 mm precision-guided munitions, intended, among others, for the Rak self-propelled mortar and the Krab and Kryl howitzers. The company is also developing a domestic Laser Target Designator, which, together with smart munitions, enables the creation of a complete precision-strike system.
The development of low-noise laser rangefinders has also provided an impetus for work on optoelectronic communication systems. The use of pulsed lasers for data transmission offers an advantage over conventional optical links, as it enables significantly higher emission power, and therefore longer ranges and more stable communication, including in difficult weather conditions.
Telesystem-Mesko’s laser communication systems form a coherent, modular ecosystem of devices connected by a hard-to-detect communication network. They can support infantry operators, unmanned systems, vehicles, precision-strike artillery systems, air-defense modules and Pirat missiles. Their application may provide the foundation for a multi-domain combat cloud. The Optoelectronic Battlefield Support System, based on laser devices with ranges of 2, 5 and 15 km and cooperating with the Obra system, can complement radio communication by ensuring covert and effective information exchange at critical moments of operations.
Telesystem-Mesko and Revobeam are expanding their joint offer with the USV-MXV-1 — an unmanned surface vessel. The platform has been developed as a highly maneuverable, largely autonomous system designed to operate in an environment heavily saturated with fire assets. Thanks to its open architecture, it can be integrated with C2/C4ISR command and communication systems, domestic sensors and reconnaissance systems. The USV-MXV-1 may support the protection of critical infrastructure, surveillance of coastal waters and border security.
