Metal 3D Printing
We produce parts using industrial metal powder fusion systems, enabling the fabrication of complex geometries, optimized structures, and high-strength functional components.
We work with titanium, aluminum, Inconel, steel, and other alloys depending on the project. Manufacturing can encompass both one-off parts and functional prototypes, as well as series for industrial applications.
Our equipment allows us to manufacture components up to approximately 280 × 280 × 500 mm, depending on the selected configuration and material.
Our services can include complete post-processing, including support and deburring, sandblasting, polishing, geometry verification, and quality control, delivering a finished part ready for application.
FDM – Fused Deposition Modeling
FDM – Fused Deposition Modeling
Our infrastructure allows us to manufacture parts up to approximately 530 x 700 x 500 mm, making it possible to produce large prototypes and technical components without having to divide them into numerous elements. The GOM production line can reach a productivity of 35 kg of finished products per day, depending on the material, geometry, and production configuration chosen.
We work with a wide selection of polymers: from standard materials to engineering plastics, temperature-resistant materials, reinforced polymers, and composites. The technology is used for functional prototypes, tooling, templates and production fixtures, housings, technical parts, large-format models, and small to medium production runs.

EXPERT3D provides solutions from handheld scanners to professional, industrial, metrological, and LiDAR systems for objects of different sizes, from small mechanical components to automobiles, machinery, installations, and large spaces.
In industry, 3D scanning is used for reverse engineering, metrology, quality control, CAD comparison, inspection, technical documentation, and new product development. Scanner selection depends on required accuracy, object size and material, working conditions, and the required result. Our specialists help select the appropriate equipment, software, and workflow.

Our SLA park is geared towards projects where precision, level of detail, and surface quality are critical.
Our park allows us to work with parts up to approximately 353 × 196 × 350 mm, and to run multiple jobs simultaneously to increase productivity.
The extensive library of functional resins allows us to tailor part properties to different applications: from visual models and detailed prototypes to rigid, strong, flexible, transparent, or specialized components. SLA is used for high-precision prototypes, master models, technical parts, molds, elements with fine geometry, and products requiring excellent surface finish.
SLS - Powder 3D Printing
SLS - Powder 3D Printing
We have a fleet of SLS systems that can operate simultaneously, making this technology one of our key tools for producing functional parts and serial runs. SLS technology uses a laser to selectively sinter polymer powder. The powder surrounding the part itself acts as a support, allowing us to manufacture complex geometries, internal elements, and multiple components within a single chamber without traditional support structures.
We work with functional materials such as Nylon 12, Nylon 12 GF, Nylon 12 Tough, Nylon 11, Nylon 11 CF, TPU, and polypropylene, selecting the material based on required strength, flexibility, stiffness, temperature resistance, and other properties.
The declared production capacity of our SLS line reaches 130 kg of finished products per day, enabling us to handle both individual orders and batches of hundreds or even more than a thousand components. SLS is part
