Description
CAE is a global leader in training, simulation, and operational readiness solutions for both civil and military aviation. For nearly 80 years, the company has supported armed forces, aviation operators, and public safety organizations by delivering advanced training technologies and comprehensive readiness-generation systems. Each year, CAE trains more than 135,000 pilots, while its solutions are used by the armed forces of over 40 allied nations and customers in more than 60 countries worldwide.

CAE is not only a simulator manufacturer but, more importantly, a Training Systems Integrator (TSI), designing and delivering complete training ecosystems that support individual, collective, command-and-staff, mission, and multi-domain training. CAE's solutions integrate Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) environments, enabling land, air, maritime, and unmanned forces to train within a single, interoperable operational framework.

In Poland, CAE has maintained a strong presence since 2009. The company's operations include its second-largest global research and development centre, located in Kraków, employing nearly 300 engineers and specialists. CAE supports both LOT Polish Airlines and the Polish Armed Forces through the delivery and sustainment of advanced training capabilities, including aviation training systems in Dęblin, the C-295 Full Flight Simulator in Kraków, training devices supporting the Polish Air Medical Rescue Service (HEMS), the GESI command-and-staff training system, and the forthcoming MQ-9B SkyGuardian Mission Trainer currently being delivered for Poland.

At the same time, CAE continues to expand cooperation with the Polish and CEE region defence industry and academia. By combining global experience, local investment, and advanced technologies, the company supports the development of national training capabilities, operational readiness, and NATO interoperability. Through partnerships with industry, military institutions, and research organizations, CAE contributes to the growth of a modern and sustainable defence training ecosystem in Poland.
