Description
BMF – Centre for Specialized Mobile Equipment provides professional technology solutions designed to operate in the most demanding environments. During MSPO 2026 in Kielce, Poland, BMF will present solutions from two brands – Winmate and VELEX – addressing the growing needs of the military, uniformed services, defense sector and other organizations operating in the field.
Winmate is a global manufacturer of specialized rugged computing solutions designed for military, industrial, vehicle-mounted and field applications. As the exclusive distributor of Winmate in Poland, BMF offers a wide portfolio of solutions including rugged laptops, rugged tablets, vehicle computers, PDA computers, industrial displays, drone controllers and specialized controllers for unmanned systems.
Winmate devices are designed to withstand demanding operating conditions, including dust, water, shocks, vibrations and drops. Depending on the model, selected devices meet MIL-STD-810H requirements and offer IP65/IP66 protection, making them suitable for environments where standard consumer electronics cannot provide the required level of reliability. Extensive configuration options, advanced communication capabilities, vehicle integration and a wide range of docking stations and accessories allow the devices to be adapted to specific operational requirements.
During MSPO, BMF will present a selection of Winmate rugged tablets and laptops, vehicle computers, drone controllers and solutions for unmanned systems. A special highlight will be a demonstration of a robot controller integrated with a robotic dog, showcasing the potential of advanced mobile computing technologies in specialized operational applications.
The second pillar of BMF's portfolio is VELEX – a Polish brand specializing in electric vehicles, developing solutions for off-road, patrol and specialized applications. Electric propulsion provides quiet operation, high mobility and zero local emissions, which can be particularly valuable for patrols, facility protection, event security and operations where reduced noise is important.
At the BMF booth, visitors will be able to see VELEX ALASKA – a homologated 4×4 electric quad, VELEX SAMPLER – an electric off-road vehicle, and VELEX Q1X – a self-balancing electric vehicle based on Segway-type technology. These vehicles can offer practical solutions for the military, police, border guards, security services, infrastructure protection and other uniformed formations.
Combining Winmate rugged technology with VELEX electric mobility creates a comprehensive portfolio for modern military and uniformed services. BMF goes beyond supplying equipment by providing technical consulting, configuration selection, solution integration and support for projects requiring specialized and highly reliable equipment.
Visit BMF at MSPO 2026 – Booth 7Z-45, Targi Kielce, 8–11 September 2026.

Quiet Drive – an Advantage in Operations
A significant advantage of the VELEX SAMPLER's electric drive is its low noise level while driving and the absence of exhaust emissions. This can reduce the vehicle's impact on the surrounding environment during patrol and reconnaissance operations. This is particularly important when operating in forests, protected areas, near buildings, and during operations where noise reduction may be operationally important.
The electric drive also eliminates the need for on-site refueling. The battery can be charged using appropriate electrical infrastructure, allowing the vehicle to be prepared for subsequent missions without the need to organize fuel transport.
The ATV is equipped with an electric motor rated at 14,000 W of nominal power, with a peak output of 30 kW and 108 Nm of torque. Its 72 V / 180 Ah Li-Ion battery provides a capacity of 12,960 Wh and a range of up to approximately 120 km. The maximum speed is around 60 km/h, while charging takes approximately 5 hours.
The ALASKA K270 features a two-person seat, front and rear suspension, hydraulic disc brakes, tubeless tyres, and a minimum ground clearance of 260 mm. Its 4×4 drivetrain helps the vehicle handle mud, sand, rocky surfaces, uneven terrain, and steep inclines. Front and rear lighting and an LCD display further improve everyday functionality.
With T3b homologation, the VELEX ALASKA K270 can be used in agriculture, forestry, property maintenance, security, field operations, tourism, and recreation. Optional equipment includes a winch, snow pl

The VELEX OFF-ROAD Q1X is an innovative electric self-balancing off-road vehicle designed for users who require agile, compact, and efficient mobility across demanding terrain. Combining two brushless electric motors, a 60 V lithium-ion battery, large 19-inch OFF-ROAD wheels, and a lightweight aluminium construction, the Q1X offers a unique alternative to conventional electric scooters, ATVs, and small patrol vehicles.
The vehicle has been designed around the concept of intuitive body-weight control. Instead of relying exclusively on traditional steering controls, the operator influences the direction and movement of the Q1X by shifting their centre of gravity. The self-balancing system continuously assists in maintaining the vehicle's stability, creating a direct and responsive connection between the rider and the machine.
### Electric Self-Balancing Vehicle
The Q1X is classified as an electric self-balancing vehicle. This concept combines advanced electronic control systems with a compact off-road platform. The self-balancing technology is designed to maintain the vehicle's position while responding to the operator's movements.
