ALEX is a Polish technology and manufacturing group based in Białystok, whose history has been closely linked to the automotive industry and alternative vehicle fuel systems for more than 25 years. The experience gained in designing and manufacturing its own autogas solutions has enabled the company to develop broad engineering, technological, and manufacturing capabilities. The company operates its own design office, Research and Development Center, metrology laboratory, tool room, as well as a machinery park comprising more than 40 machines and production devices. This infrastructure enables ALEX to carry out, among other processes, precision 3–5 axis CNC machining, plastic injection molding, MIM technology, mold design and manufacturing, electronics assembly, and comprehensive dimensional inspection. High organizational and quality standards are confirmed by the company’s Quality Management System compliant with PN-EN ISO 9001:2015-10, covering key design and manufacturing processes.

ALEX carries out both its own product development projects and B2B services for the automotive, railway, machinery, electronics, and hydraulics industries. The company is currently consistently expanding its capabilities in the field of dual-use technologies and the defense sector, drawing on its experience in serial production, its own research and development facilities, and its ability to perform multiple technological processes within a single organization. An important milestone in this development direction is obtaining Polish Ministry of the Interior and Administration licence No. B-057/2026, supporting the further expansion of activities in areas requiring specific regulatory authorizations.
The combination of engineering expertise, an in-house Research and Development Center, an extensive machinery park, electronics facilities, a tool room, and quality-control capabilities enables ALEX to carry out demanding projects on a comprehensive basis — from concept development, engineering design, and prototyping, through process engineering and tooling preparation, to serial production, assembly, and final product inspection. As a result, the company is able not only to supply individual components, but also to participate in the development and implementation of complete technological solutions.

Among the new solutions to be presented at MSPO 2026 will be a prototype of a modular Unmanned Ground Vehicle (UGV) — a Polish multi-role and Counter-UAS system project developed together with J&C Armament Sp. z o.o. and scientific and technology partners.
