Description
Our portfolio includes Li-Ion, Li-Po, LiFePO₄ and Ni-MH rechargeable batteries, cylindrical cells such as 18650 and 21700, as well as alkaline, lithium and other specialty battery solutions. This broad product range enables us to select the optimal solution in terms of technical performance, quality requirements and project budget.
One of our core competencies is the development and production of Custom Battery Packs. We support customers throughout the entire project lifecycle—from concept and cell technology selection, through mechanical and electrical design, BMS development, prototyping and validation, to serial production.
Engineering and assembly are carried out in Poland, ensuring short lead times, high design flexibility, complete component traceability and rigorous quality control throughout the entire manufacturing process.
Depending on the project requirements, we select battery cells supplied both by global technology leaders and carefully qualified manufacturing partners with whom we cooperate directly. Every supplier undergoes a comprehensive evaluation process covering product quality, manufacturing consistency, safety and supply stability. This enables us to deliver solutions optimally tailored to the technical requirements, expected service life and commercial objectives of each project.
Our expertise goes beyond battery pack assembly. We support customers already at the device design stage by selecting the optimal cell technology, protection electronics, communication interfaces and mechanical design. As a result, the power source becomes an integral part of the entire system, maximizing performance, safety and long-term reliability.
Our solutions comply with international standards and regulations, including UN 38.3, IEC 62133, UL, CE and RoHS, where applicable to the specific product and project.
Akyga Battery solutions are used in UAV systems, robotics, communication equipment, industrial automation, professional electronics, measuring devices, medical equipment and defense applications - where safety, reliability and uninterrupted operation are mission-critical.
