The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development expo stand at AGRO & Active Travel 2026 – the entire Polish countryside in one stop shop mode
At the AGRO Rural Tourism and Active Recreation & Active Travel Expo 2026, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development's expo stand, will become a true showcase of the Polish countryside. Representatives of all 16 voivodeships, represented by Agricultural Advisory Centres and the Agricultural Advisory Centre, will meet in one place.
at one of the largest institutional expo stands of the event, created by approximately 80–100 people and nearly 50 entities: agritourism farms, educational farms, food producers, handicraftsmen and rural women's associations.
Flavours that attract
Visitors will be able to savour over 100 regional products from across Poland. The expo stand will feature
- farm and regional cheeses,
- honey and bee products,
- traditional cold cuts and regional dishes,
- bread, preserves, oils and juices,
- local specialities such as proziaki, lisiecka sausage or tatarczucha bread.
There will also be on-site tastings, from apple pie made with Grójec apples to Greater Poland specialities to Subcarpathian baked goods.
Workshops and activities for everyone
The Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology expo stand will be a space full of life and interaction. The program includes over 20 different activities, and among them
- beekeeping workshops and learning about the life of bees,
- folk handicrafts – wool, tissue paper, decoupage or wreaths,
- cooking demonstrations and baking of traditional products,
- xherbal workshops and herb recognition,
- quizzes and competitions for children and adults.
Overview of the regions – a wealth of traditions
Each voivodeship will present its unique character. Attractions galore include:
- Subcarpathia – beekeeping workshops and the award-winning Maciejka Apiary and traditional proziaki,
- Warmia and Mazury – agritourism and cheeses from local farms,
- Mazovia – promotion of the Grójec apple and regional tourism,
- Silesia – wool handicrafts and certified local products,
- Pomerania – handicraft workshops and products included on the traditional list of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development,
- Świętokrzyskie – a broad presentation of agritourism and products of the Culinary Trail.
Education and inspiration
The stand, co-created by ODRs - Agricultural Advisory Units and CDRs - Agricultural Advisory Centre, is also an educational space. Visitors will learn about the concept of sustainable tourism, the activities of educational farms, and opportunities for recreation in the countryside. Numerous materials, brochures, and publications will be available, as will consultations with advisors.
