STRATEXPO Exhibition of Civil Protection and Strategic Reserves – a new event accompanying the 4th International POLSECURE 2026 in Targi Kielce

08 January 2026
STRATEXPO, the Exhibition of Civil Protection and Strategic Reserves, extends the 4th International POLSECURE 2026 Expo, adding a strategic dimension to the security fair at Targi Kielce.

International POLSECURE Expo is an important event in the Targi Kielce portfolio, alongside MSPO and the IFRE trade fair, targeted at uniformed services responsible for public safety and state security.

The next expo, organised in cooperation with Police Headquarters, will take place  21–23 April 2026, in Targi Kielce, under the Honorary Patronage of the Minister of Interior and Administration.

The POLSECURE trade fair brings together uniformed services, administration and the security industry;  this is where the latest solutions, technologies and equipment are presented, which support the daily work of the forces responsible for the safety of citizens.

The support of the Police Headquarters, the Border Guard Headquarters, the State Fire Service Headquarters, and the involvement of the State Protection Service, the Prison Service, the Railway Security Guard, the National Revenue Administration, the Government Security Centre, the Air Ambulance Service, the Territorial Defence Forces, and the Road Transport Inspectorate in the project guarantee the high substantive quality of the fair program.

A new dimension owed to cooperation with RARS and the separate STRATEXPO event

The 2026 POLSECURE gains a new dimension thanks to the established cooperation with the Government Agency for Strategic Reserves (RARS). The dedicated space for the STRATEXPO Exhibition underscores the fair’s importance and expands its thematic scope to include an area crucial to the country's resilience and preparedness for crisis situations.

RARS plays a crucial role in ensuring strategic reserves are available in response to natural disasters, public health emergencies, armed conflicts, and other emergencies.  The Agency is responsible, among other things, for maintaining food, medical, technical, and fuel resources, which constitute the foundation of state’s security.

STRATEXPO. Presentation of solutions for strategic reserves

In accordance with the assumptions, the Kielce IFRE-EXPO 2025 will also serve as a venue for presenting innovative solutions and products adapted to the needs of strategic state reserves. This is a unique opportunity for companies to reach key decision-makers and representatives of institutions responsible for public safety and crisis management.

STRATEXPO  welcomes producers and suppliers of materials critical to strategic reserves and state security, such as:

  •  long-term food,
  •  medical equipment and supplies,
  •  fuels and technical resources,
  •  rescue and fire-fighting equipment,
  •  infrastructure and technologies supporting the state's security and operational readiness.

RARS - the conference agenda and B2B meetings

RARS will also be involved in preparing the substantive program of both events.  The cooperation includes the co-organisation of a side conference devoted to current challenges related to civil protection, civil defence, and crisis management. The presence of the Agency and suppliers cooperating with RARS will highlight the strategic role of both events in building the country's resilience.

We look forward to seeing you at Targi Kielce’s POLSECURE 2026 and the accompanying STRATEXPO 21–23 April 2026.
