RARS welcomes POLSECURE and STRATEXPO exhibitors to participate in workshops and expert panels
The agenda includes workshops and two discussion panels, which provide a unique opportunity to deepen knowledge, exchange experiences, and establish direct contacts with representatives of institutions responsible for security and crisis management in Poland.
Expert panels – 22 April, Omega Hall, Congress Centre
On the second day of the trade fair, two panel discussions will be held with the participation of representatives of key state institutions:
- 10:30–11:30
Strategic reserves and institutional cooperation as the foundation of state resilience – from the central to the local level - 11:45–12:45
Crisis management and civil protection in an integrated state security system – development directions and challenges
The discussions will be attended by representatives of the Ministry of Interior and Administration, the Polish Police Headquarters, the State Fire Service Headquarters, the Government Centre for Security and local government and provincial administration.
Workshop: Strategic Reserve System and the Role of Industry - 23 April 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., Lambda Hall, Congress Centre
The workshop on "The strategic reserve system in Poland – the role of industry and cooperation opportunities" will present the role of RARS in the structure of state security and the possibilities of involving companies in the construction of a modern strategic reserve system. The meeting will be chaired by Agnieszka Bogucka, Director of the Food Reserves Office, and Jacek Czech, Director of the RARS Technical Office. The agenda also includes a question-and-answer session.

STRATEXPO – a space for collaboration
The events organised by RARS are part of the STRATEXPO concept – a new trade fair dedicated to civil protection and strategic reserves. The RARS expo stand is located centrally in Expo Hall 3 (stand D04).
The organisers encourage all exhibitors to participate in the events – it is not only an opportunity to gain knowledge, but above all a real chance to establish cooperation with institutions responsible for state security.
