Plastpol 2025 commences on Tuesday, 20 May! Machines from all over the world displayed in Targi Kielce
– Plastpol witnesses machines in operation. They produce plastic and rubber products for many industries, from packaging, automotive, toys and children's products, electronics, logistics, medicine, and pharmaceuticals. Expo stands display how high-quality cups, flower pots, popcorn containers, children's toys and details for the medical industry are made. Targi Kielce brings together the global plastics sector, producers and suppliers with customers from different parts of the world, says Kamil Perz, Plastpol project director. PLASTPOL—The International Fair of Plastics and Rubber Processing is Poland's largest plastics and rubber industry event and one of Europe's most essential expos of this kind; the expo features 600 exhibitors from 30 countries.
Targi Kielce exhibition space turned into a live factory
Preparations for Plastpol are already well advanced all seven expo halls of the centre are the home for expo stands that are being built. Machines that will create integrated production lines are arriving, and presentation areas for raw materials are being prepared.
Kamil Perz says, "We are creating an international factory in Targi Kielce for visitors to compare technologies in action, which influences investment and technology decisions. Thus, the trade fair is an effective tool for quickly responding to market changes."
PLASTPOL features the 4.0 industry, automation and ecology
From 20 to 23 May, modern machines equipped with intelligent management systems that increase efficiency, precision and quality control of processes will be presented. Solutions supporting the green transformation, recycling machines, regranulates, bioplastics, renewable raw materials and ecological additives come to the forefront. Other technologies that improve energy efficiency and reduce costs include devices powered by renewable energy sources, energy recovery systems and machines with reduced electricity demand.
The expo displays fully automated production lines, often based on cloud solutions and real-time data analysis. The presented machines and systems have been brough in by MAPRO, Engel, Sumitomo Demag, KraussMaffei, Bole Europe Technology, Plastiblow, Campetella Robotic Center, Dopak, ProPlastica, Reifenhauser, TOYO EUROPE SRL, LS MTRON, Moretto, ELBI, Asten Group, 1.Plastcompany Polska and Muehsam, to name a few.
Live work demonstrations – from cup to production robots
Arburg features an electric Allrounder 570 A injection moulding machine with a Gestica system, which produces transparent PC cups. The hybrid Allrounder 470 H Comfort, combining electric and hydraulic drive, will produce PP spinning tops in a cycle lasting around 62 seconds as gifts for trade fair visitors. ENGEL will be presenting the fully electric e-mac injection moulding machine with a cleanroom package, designed for the production of precision medical parts in cleanrooms. The machine will also be suitable for the production of thin-walled packaging, electronic connectors and plastic gears. Wintec t-win, the other brand of the ENGEL Group, will present economical double-platen injection moulding machines used in household appliances, automotive and technical moulding.
Wittmann Battenfeld will be presenting the innovative SmartPower Combimould injection moulding machine, fully integrated with robots and digital monitoring, as well as Wittmann robots and modern peripheral devices.
BOLE Europe will present three new machines, including the latest double-platen injection moulding machine from the DK series ; Expo stands serve as a display of how high-quality cups, flower pots, popcorn containers, children's toys and details for the medical industry are made.
NEU-JKF will showcase air filtration and dust extraction systems designed with sustainable production in mind. TRIA will bring the JM 4215 granulator, and RINCO POLAND – the latest ultrasonic welding technologies.
Recycling and circular economy at Targi Kielce
P&F Wartacz, EREMA, MEYER Europe, Vecoplan, and SOLLAU will present machines and systems adapted to recycling various plastic fractions, such as foils, containers, technical waste, and post-production scrap. Key launches include Vecoplan's VIZ 1300 shredder with flexible rotor geometry, Wobide Shredders and Pre-Shredders, and SOLLAU's application- granulates and regrinds.
Raw materials of the future at the Plastpol
The producers of raw materials and additives at the Palstpol - Bedeko, Brenntag, Polimarky, ML Polyolefins, Anwil, Plastpolan, Lyondellbasell, GM Colors, Granulat-Chmielarz, Begra, KINGFA, Akpol Recykling, Kraiburg TPE, Mol Group, NCT, Albis, TELKO, TCR, Chemieuro, Bridge Polymers, LATI, HSH Chemie, Imerys, Baerlocher. They will present regranulates, biodegradable plastics, conductive materials, PFAS-free additives, antistatic agents and stabilisers. The novelty will be presented by Grupa Azoty; in response to European environmental regulations, has developed innovative, compostable environmental granulates—cellulose-based thermoplastics. The granulates are suitable for injection, extrusion and 3D printing and can be used in packaging, toys, furniture elements, writing instruments, household appliances and interior furnishings.
Targi Kielce hosts the important meeting of the plastics-processing business sector
The \Targi Kielce event brings together the global industry and promotes the transfer of technology and knowledge. The PlasticsEurope Polska Foundation, which brings together plastics producers and promotes sustainable development in the sector, will present an overview of current data on the plastics industry in Poland and Europe. The Plastpol opening conference will start at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, 20 May, in the E-3 capsule in Expo Hall E. All visitors and exhibitors are welcome to participate. On the second expo day, the PLASTECH INFO Technical Seminar, organised by Targi Kielce and the Tworzywa. pl portal, will be held under the banner "Plastics as a drive for the development of key industrial sectors." The meeting arranged by www.tworzywa.pl will take place on Wednesday, 21 May, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., in capsule E-3 in hall 5.
Targi Kielce and the Tworzywa.pl website also support the popularization of expert knowledge about plastics by organizing the Omniplast competition. Finalists sit a final test. The laureates will be announced during the Platinum Plast gala on 21 May Innovative products from the trade fair’s exhibitors will also be awarded then. Gold Medals and honourable mentions will be awarded.
