Meeting at CIOP-PIB about safety at the Industrial Spring 2026

A meeting devoted to safety issues during the Industrial Spring fair was held at the headquarters of the Central Institute for Labor Protection – National Research Institute (CIOP-PIB) in Warsaw. The talks continued previous arrangements and concerned the organisation and security controls for one of the largest industrial events in our part of Europe.

The meeting with Piotr Pawelec, director of STOM projects, and deputy Damian Kudaka was attended by Doctor Engineer  Jacek Kubica from the Department of Safety Technology, Optical Radiation Laboratory of the Central Institute for Labour Protection – National Research Institute, who presented an expert approach to the issue of risk assessment and ensuring safe conditions for exhibitors, visitors and trade fair staff. Particular attention was paid to aspects related to the presentation of industrial technologies and the functioning of machines and devices in the exhibition space.

Doctor Engineer Michał Urbańczyk from the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Upper Silesian Institute of Technology also participated in the talks, bringing his expertise in technology and industrial process security to the discussion.

The meeting was an important element of preparations for the Industrial Spring, during which safety issues are one of the key organisational priorities. Cooperation with CIOP-PIB and the Łukasiewicz Research Network enables the implementation of solutions and procedures that ensure the highest safety standards at trade fairs.
