Painting demonstrations at EXPO-SURFACE – modern technologies in practice
The shows showcase the latest painting systems, including innovative solutions that meet current market needs – mobility, flexibility, and rapid implementation.
One of the fair's premieres is a semi-automatic powder coating plant in a containerised structure from Wolmal. It is a complete technological line enclosed in a single module, designed on the "plug-in & play" formula, which means that once it is delivered to your site, you need to connect the power and compressed air to get started. The solution significantly shortens the investment time and reduces the need to expand infrastructure.
The system integrates all key elements of the process – the paint booth, polymerisation oven and automatic part transport – ensuring continuity of work and repeatable coating quality. Thanks to the semi-automatic nature of the installation, it is possible to combine efficiency with flexibility, making it attractive to small and medium-sized production plants as well. Importantly, the unit presented at the fair is available for purchase, and the manufacturer also offers full system personalisation.
The new products also include the MKSP powder coating booth and the Mirwent powder wall – a solution responsible for the effective removal and recovery of powder during the painting process.
The Mirwent powder wall plays a key role in maintaining a clean and stable working environment. Owing to its efficient extraction system and advanced filtration, it reduces airborne dust, which directly affects the quality of the finish and the comfort of the operators. At the same time, it enables the recovery of unused powder, resulting in real material savings.
Modern filtration and automatic system cleaning solutions ensure process stability and repeatability, even during intensive use. Moreover, the modular design enables integration with production lines and automation systems, making this solution suitable for both serial production and short batches.
The technologies presented during EXPO-SURFACE show a clear direction of industry development. Towards mobile, modular, and easy-to-implement systems, modern industrial painting becomes available not only to large plants but also to smaller companies that want to increase their competitiveness without having to make multi-million dollar investments.
