Full automation of work in the accounting office
The presentation on "Full automation of work in the accounting office," Beata Kostrzycka discussed the most critical areas where offices waste time and energy – from invoicing and HR services to communication with clients and the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS). She pointed out that the key to improving work is the implementation of a single, integrated system that combines accounting, HR, and payroll functions, CRM, and electronic declarations.
As shown in the slides, the automation process involves several steps:
- Process identification – identifying the most time-consuming activities.
- Elimination of unnecessary activities – removal of repetitive and low-value tasks.
- Automation of the remaining stages – including through the use of artificial intelligence to analyze documents and intelligent checklists supporting the work of accountants
The speaker also emphasized the importance of a smooth flow of information between the office and the client and the role of the National e-Invoice System (KSeF), which enables automatic downloading and verification of documents
– Automation is not only convenient, but also greater control and peace of mind in everyday work – noted Beata Kostrzycka, encouraging the use of tools that improve communication and accounting in one ecosystem.
