Aviation qualifications discussed by experts at Targi Kielce's session

10 may 2021
The meeting shows a pilot career path - qualification in aviation discussed by international experts. Experts from all over the world join the session held at the Aviation Expo channel

Despite the problematic epidemiological situation globally, the interest in the pilot's profession has not decreased.  Future pilots are shown a path that leads to aviation qualifications - Targi Kielce, in cooperation with Lot Flight Academy and the Polish Aero Club, organises an online meeting chaired by experienced international pilots. Join the seminar - this is where you learn all the ropes.

- LOT Flight Academy pilots will give an insight into the theoretical and practical training, which makes it possible to obtain the first licence. "From zero to ATPL" training details will also be discussed.  New directions in ATPL training are also in the limelight at the session.  Representatives of airlines from all corners of the world (France, Qatar, Romania, the United States) and the Polish Aero Club will share their experience regarding new aviation licenses - says Joanna Wieczorek, aviation law expert.

Łukasz Czepiela, Michał Wieczorek and Anita Wodkowska will talk about how different aviation sports disciplines shape the pilot’s personality.  The conference features the special guest - George Rebender, who worked in the European Union Aviation Safety Agency, which deals with pilot training programmes as well as artificial intelligence.  Andreea Litescu, a lady-captain of the Airbus A 320, agreed to share her know-how on how to reconcile motherhood with work, as well as what her transition from Boeing 737 to Airbus A320 was like. Ted Greenfield, an American pilot, the author of the blog "Over 50 and learning to fly", will persuade the meeting participants that it is never too late to learn to fly - says Joanna Wieczorek, an expert in aviation law.

The meeting is held on 12 May at 11:00 am on Facebook's  Aviation Expo channel https://www.facebook.com/AviationExpoKielce

The Aviation Expo is held for the third time in the Kielce exhibition and congress centre.  However, according to the Targi Kielce president, Mr Andrzej Mochoń PhD., the centre's liaisons with aviation had been much longer.

- For nearly 30 years, Targi Kielce has been the showcase for the latest military-aviation technology achievements; these can be found at the International Defence Industry Exhibition. This year, the MSPO and Aviation Expo join forces; this is an unprecedented situation. The last MSPO day, 10 September, marks the Aviation Fair commencement at Targi Kielce.  This is an excellent opportunity to visit two large exhibitions simultaneously - emphasises the president of Targi Kielce.

The Kielce exhibition and congress centre, waiting for the possibility to hold traditional events, organises many industry meetings each month. Among online sessions, there have also been those dedicated to the aviation industry, including the "Global Drone Conference" and the "Quarter of an Hour Aviation Seminar" which featured representatives of companies.  Aeroprakt, Ekolot, Dynali, Boreas Aviation, Skypath, Prometheus marked their presence.

Aviation Expo is held from 10 to 12 September in Targi Kielce Exhibition and Congress Centre.
