They are made from a potato starch-based material, serving as an alternative to standard PLA materials. The material fully biodegrades under natural conditions within approximately 2–3 years.

The material certified by TÜV Austria is free from microplastics and enables safe decomposition in the natural environment. The urns are made of high-quality carbon steel using deep-drawing technology, which ensures high production repeatability and precise shaping of the final form. This process provides a uniform surface and an aesthetic finish without the grooved effect typical of spinning methods.
Depending on the version, the urns undergo painting and surface finishing processes, including double-coated and selected variants. This allows different levels of aesthetics and enables adaptation to market requirements and customer budgets.
