The Grief Support Academy (Akademia Wsparcia w Żałobie) is a modern space for psychoeducation, communication, and emotional support dedicated to bereaved individuals as well as professionals working with people in crisis.
We specialize in crisis communication training and building empathetic, professional customer service within the funeral, medical, and care sectors. Working alongside funeral homes, we design systemic programs for families, helping to implement a modern model of care during life’s most challenging moments.
The Academy was founded by Joanna Głogowska - winner of the Personality of the Year 2025 award in the Social and Charitable Activity category.
We conduct workshops, training sessions, and consultations for corporations, institutions, and funeral homes, teaching how to talk about loss in a safe, mindful, and supportive manner. Our mission is to provide education that seamlessly blends business professionalism with genuine empathy.
