Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Industrial Organic Chemistry is an institute that bridges science with practice, providing innovative solutions for industry, national security and defence.

For years, we have been collaborating with the defence sector, conducting research and development work related to the production of explosives, solid rocket propellants, nitrocellulose powders, initiation and detonation transmission systems, as well as chemical safety concerning the production, large-scale handling, and use of chemical substances and preparations. We also investigate hazards caused by static electricity and develop anti-electrostatic protection methods.

We carry out small-scale production of explosives, gas generators, and propellant modifiers for the domestic defence industry. We have experience in producing molding explosives, igniters, fuses, microdetonators, and shaped charges.

We offer testing, classification, and certification of hazardous materials in accordance with RID/ADR regulations. We operate according to the highest quality standards, confirmed by numerous certifications, ensuring the reliability and credibility of our results.
