The Omni PRO 3D printer is an advanced industrial device designed to produce highly precise and durable components. Films used include PC, PPS, PA6/66, ABS, PC-ABS, TPU, as well as carbon and glass fibre reinforced filaments, which guarantee exceptional strength and precision. The printer enables the production of spare parts, tools and prototypes in industries such as aerospace, automotive or medical, ensuring not only high quality but also the stability of the printing processes. The printer has a sealed heated to 80 C filament chamber to dry the print material. The printer has ball screws in all axes, giving increased printing precision and repeatability. It is also equipped with systems such as Omni3D Cooling System™, Omni3d Air Circulation, Omni3d Head Leveling Control and Omni3D Filament

The Omni PRO HT printer is an advanced industrial solution designed to create large and complex 3D prints from demanding materials. The machine features a maximum chamber temperature of 220°C, allowing the use of high-performance filaments such as Ultem, PEEK, PEKK-A, PPS, and carbon fibre reinforced composites.
The printer is equipped with a 500/500/500mm work chamber and advanced control systems such as the Omni3D Cooling System™ and Omni3D Filament Flow Control™, which ensure high precision and repeatable prints. Filaments compatible with the Omni PRO HT include PEEK, PEKK-A, PPS, PA- Nylon, Igus A350 and ULTEM. This makes the printer ideal for producing parts with high strength and temperature requirements.

The Omni3D Omni Tech+ is an industrial 3D printer designed for precision printing of functional parts from a wide range of technical materials, such as ASA, ABS Carbon, CF PA-12, PET-G, TPU, and ABS. Equipped with an actively heated chamber and heated bed, it minimizes shrinkage, ensures consistent prints, and allows for complex, industrial designs.
