You still can submit candidates for the Per Artem Ad Deum Medal. The awarding ceremony will take place during next year's Sacroexpo Exhibition!
"Per Artem ad Deum" has accompanied the International Exhibition of Church Construction, Church Fittings and Furnishings and Religious Art SACROEXPO for 18 years. The upcoming religious industry expo is held from 19 to 21 June in Targi Kielce. So far, 31 outstanding laureates have been selected, including Ennio Morricone, Wojciech Killar, Leszek Mądzik, Krzysztof Zanussi, Krzysztof Penderecki and Giuseppe Tornatore.
- We find it a significant undertaking to indicate and select the medal winners. Each application we receive is considered with the utmost care, because each application is unique. This year we are still waiting for new applications both from Poland and abroad. Applications can be submitted no later than 21 October. The necessary documents are available on the Per Artem Ad Deum website - emphasizes Andrzej Mochoń PhD., President of Targi Kielce Management Board.
Book, music and film publishers, museums, galleries, cultural and art institutions, as well as natural persons may out forward candidates for next year's Per Artem Ad Deum award. The application form is available at perartemaddeum.com website.
The evaluation of the submitted applications was made by the members of the Competition Jury, chaired so far by HE Bishop Marian Florczyk. Apart from the previous laureates of the Per Artem Ad Deum medal, the Chapter also included Andrzej Mochoń PhD., President of Targi Kielce.
