WB ELECTRONICS SA joins the ENEX trade fair – security technologies for energy and critical infrastructure

11 December 2025
WB ELECTRONICS SA, a leading entity of the WB GROUP, has been setting the direction for the development of Polish defence technologies and security systems for over two decades. The company that has revolutionised military communications and IT is now also transferring its expertise to the civilian sector – including the energy industry, intelligent infrastructure, and advanced monitoring systems

The WB GROUP offers technologies designed to maximise security, efficiency and operational resilience – from mobile communication systems, through intelligent transport and smart buildings, to integrated surveillance platforms. This is a response to the growing needs of the energy market and the municipal services sector, including critical infrastructure operators.

PIK-MC – integrated dispatch communications and crisis management

The PIK-MC system - a secure, comprehensive platform enabling the integration of various communication technologies during rescue operations and crisis situations. Compliant with 3GPP Mission Critical Services standards, the system enables the maintenance of communication continuity under the most demanding conditions.

PIK-MC is used in services responsible for public safety and infrastructure protection, including energy, fuel, port, airport, and during mass event security. The system consists of the PIK-DC-MC dispatch console, the PIK-GATE-MC integrator, the PIK-MCX-MC application servers, portable terminals and the NIB-MC private LTE/4G/5G mobile network.

AMSTA – cutting-edge perimeter protection

The AMSTA system is an advanced tool for monitoring large, linear areas, such as power plants, gas pipelines, refineries, fuel depots, ports, and flood embankments. A network of intelligent sensors – including video and IR cameras, through microwave barriers, to seismic sensors – enables early detection, classification, and immediate verification of intrusion attempts.

The system also works with light surveillance drones, providing a mobile tool for quickly identifying threats anywhere in the protected area. Wireless communication ensures high flexibility of implementation.
