2026 ENEX Arena: Qvantum - Scandinavian solutions that will survive even the harshest winters
User forecast
A meeting dedicated to Swedish Quantum solutions presented examples of their application across various parts of Poland. The speech was delivered in a relaxed and dynamic manner. Patryk Jabłoński, Investment Manager at Qvantum and Tomasz Zubilewicz, who embellished the meeting with references to the weather, especially the passing, colder-than-usual winter, which was a good test for heating systems.
Ventilation pump – a compact all-in-one solution
One of the most interesting products was a ventilation pump, a technology well known in Scandinavian countries, which is only just beginning to appear on the Polish market.
The device combines several functions in one housing: heating, preparation of domestic hot water, cooling and ventilation of the building. Thanks to this, there is no need to install an external unit or an additional heat recovery unit.
The pump is a compact device with dimensions similar to a large refrigerator and is installed inside the building in the technical room. This solution is particularly attractive to developers building terraced houses because it eliminates the need to install multiple outdoor units and reduces noise in the surrounding space.
Propane air-to-water heat pump
The other solution presented during the presentation was an air-to-water heat pump using a propane-based refrigerant.
The technology has been designed to address upcoming European Union legislative changes that will restrict the use of high-GWP refrigerants. The device already meets future regulatory requirements, allowing investors to install solutions that comply with upcoming standards.
The pump is also located on the list of Green Devices and Materials, which enables you to take advantage of available funding programs.
A new generation ground-source heat pump
The third solution presented at the ENEX Arena was a ground-source heat pump using propane, which debuted at the fair.
The device is distinguished by its cooling system design, which uses a very small amount of refrigerant. Thanks to this, the installation does not require additional safety ventilation, which is often necessary in many other propane systems.
Technologies that meet market needs
As emphasised, the presented solutions are to provide heating, cooling, hot water preparation and ventilation at low operating costs, while simplifying installation and improving the functionality of modern residential buildings.
