The military festival at Targi Kielce

Despite unfavourable weather conditions, crowds visit the Open Day of the International Defence Industry Exhibition. The exhibition prepared by the Polish Army

Heavy equipment located on outdoor exhibition grounds is always the most popular of visitors. Krab cannons, Leopard tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, Rosomak armoured personnel carriers and much more to see. The show is a bit less crowded than before due to the rain, but many people watch them anyway. In A expo hall, the American MRAP Cougar expo stand is very popular. Military universities have equally interesting booths - virtual reality simulators, used for training soldiers without the use of combat equipment; increasing realism are a real magnet.

- Eye tracker - a device that monitors the movement of the eyeballs, their speed and the extremes of vision in order to track the point of focus. Used to determine the level of stress while performing professional tasks;

- Triple Rhine circle, the so-called gyroscope - rotation around all axes passing through the body centre and in all planes;

The Armed Forces Exhibition is the main point of the MSPO Open Day. There is an abundance of attractions prepared by the Inspectorate for Armed Forces Support, Targi Kielce, including   Combat song concerts and parade drill shows are also a part of the programme. The spectacular helicopter take-off were unfortunately postponed due to the weather.

One of the last highlights of the International Defence Industry Exhibition was the presentation ceremony of the DEFENDER awards - the distinction is awarded every year by the Kielce defence trade show’s Programme Board and the Jury Panel. During the gala, other accolades were bestowed, including the Special Award of the Minister of Development and Technology, the Award of the President of Targi Kielce and awards for the arrangement of the expo stand.

On the third day of the International Defence Industry Exhibition in Kielce, the cooperation agreement between the Polish Armaments Group and the Metrology Cluster was signed. The signing act by the president of Targi Kielce, Doctor Andrzej Mochoń and PGZ president Sebastian Chwałek.

- It's already the 30th International Defence Industry Exhibition MSPO Kielce has become the capital of Europe's defence industry. For these few days, Poland is at the heart of Europe's security architecture - said Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki during his visit to Targi Kielce on Thursday, 8, September. During his visit to Targi Kielce, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki toured the expo stands at the 30th International Defence Industry Exhibition and met with journalists.

From the first day of the jubilee MSPO, the exhibition of military equipment and modern technology is accompanied by numerous dynamic shows that attract a large group of people and generates an avid interest. The latest anti-drone systems, modern tools used by the military, unmanned aerial vehicles and thermal imaging cameras – there are only some examples of the assortment put on display at show-presentations.

The South Korean Hanwha Defense and Polish Armaments Group have signed a memorandum setting out the partnership principles for production, servicing, life cycle costs and future development of K9 self-propelled howitzers, infantry fighting vehicles and multiple rocket launchers. The memorandum was signed on the second day of the Targi Kielce MSPO.
