The deadline to enter the Kids' Time Star competition is on the horizon! Register your product and compete for a prestigious award!

The clock is ticking and counting down the days until the commencement of the children's industry expo in this part of Europe, the largest event of this kind. 17-19 February is the Expo time - you can only register your products to the Kids' Time Star competition until Friday, 6 February.

The Kids' Time Star statuette, awarded since 2017, is presented annually to companies that produce the highest-quality products for children and their parents. The statuette has already been awarded to over 50 products across more than a dozen categories. If you think your product deserves the Kids' Time Star, make sure to register for the competition. KIDS' TIME star has already become popular; the competition recognises the best, the most interesting, and the most innovative products; the competition welcomes both market entrants and products that already enjoy a well-established position. 

The prize awarded by the Jury Panel, chaired by Marek Jankowski, is a confirmation of the product's excellent quality and an element of its future market promotion. Professional B2B expos are often referred to as "the business-sector's trend-setter"  This is where new brands and products make their début.  At the same time, we would like to remind you that exhibitors can still submit their candidacies in each of the sixteen competition categories: prams, car seats, clothing, footwear, textiles, carriers and scarves, baby-care products, baby feeding, children's articles, accessories for parents, Toys - age group "over 3 years", games, puzzles and jigsaw puzzles, creative and planet-friendly kits. 2026’s deadline is 6 February.

High standards and the highest quality products

A product must meet a number of rigorous standards to be eligible for a Kids' Time Star award. The competition jury panel, consisting of industry experts, evaluates the entries in terms of innovation, functionality, quality of workmanship, and safety of use. Particular emphasis is placed on:

  • Innovativeness: Products that bring new technological solutions or designs that distinguish them from the competition.
  • Functionality  Products that make the everyday lives of children and their parents easier, offering practical and thoughtful solutions.
  • Production and execution quality: High-quality materials and production precision ensure the durability and aesthetics of the product.
  • Safety. Compliance with applicable safety norms and standards, ensuring safe use by children.

The multi-stage evaluation process includes thorough registration analysis, practical tests, and consultations with experts in paediatrics, child psychology, and industrial design.

The gala of the International Trade Fair of Toys and Products for Parents and Children KIDS' TIME 2026 was the culmination of the first day of meetings of the children's industry at Targi Kielce. Kids' Time Star statuettes were awarded for the best products presented at the fair, as well as Top Design awards for stand design and distinctions from the "Branża Dziecięca" [child products and services business sector] magazine. We also celebrated the anniversary of MARKO.
