The city of Kielce with its ecpo stand at the Plastpol 2025 Experts invite entrepreneurs to talk shop

The city of Kielce is launching a new initiative to support its economic development through active participation in selected trade fair events. The first step is to attend the International Fair of Plastics and Rubber Processing PLASTPOL, which will take place from 20 to 23 May 2025 at Targi Kielce

During the expo, the City of Kielce will hold its expo stand (expo hall 3, stand no. 3-A16), which will serve as a space for establishing contacts, exchanging information, and promoting the city's investment potential. Representatives of the City Hall will be ready to talk to entrepreneurs and event guests.

A special element - the City of Kielce joins Plastpol with its matchmaking meeting zone. Entrepreneurs will be able to conduct individual talks with key representatives of the city authorities and department directors.  Meetings will be held in a specially designated space.

Matchmaking meetings schedule:

  • Tuesday, 20 May (2:30–4:00 p.m.) – meeting with the First Deputy Mayor of Kielce, Łukasz Syska
  • Wednesday, 21 May (11:00–13:00) – meetings with the Director of the Department of Climate, Environment and Municipal Economy, Aneta Boroń.
  • Thursday, 22 May (11:00–13:00) – meetings with the Deputy Director of the Investment and Architecture Department, Dominik Kwietniewski. The Department scope of activities:
    • issuing decisions on the conditions of development and location of public purpose investments,
    • issuing building permits,
    • applicable provisions of the landscape resolution.
  • Friday, 23 May (11:00–13:00) – meetings with the Director of the City Development Office, Anna Dwurnik. The scope of Office’s responsibilities includes:
    • spatial planning, including the development of the General Plan,
    • service for investors and investment processes.

Participation in meetings is free, but requires prior registration  - registrations should be sent to the following address:  coi@um.kielce.pl Subject to availability After submitting your registration, you will receive a return message with confirmation of your appointment. The City has prepared tickets to the fair for those registered for meetings. 

The City of Kielce invites all entrepreneurs present at the Plastpol expo to visit our stand and participate in meetings. This is an opportunity to discuss business development opportunities in Kielce, planned investments, and directions of cooperation with the City.

The 29th International Fair of Plastics and Rubber Processing PLASTPOL will be held on 20- 23 May 2025 at Targi Kielce.
