Statement regarding the postponement of the IFRE-EXPO International Fire Protection & Rescue Exhibition

Ladies and Gentlemen,

We wish to express our gratitude for your openness, the conversations we have had, and the suggestions we have received. We do hope you will understand our position.

The International Fire Protection & Rescue Exhibition KIELCE IFRE-EXPO  held in the every-other-year cycle was initially scheduled for  June 2021; as a result of the pandemic, we were unable to organise the expo as originally planned. Therefore, we believed that the September date was optimal. However, neither you - our Partners and nor leading industry’s manufacturers found this new date acceptable. The autumn season follows the first half of the year tenders; this is when contracts are awarded, and the orders are delivered.

Having analysed the current situation, we have been concerned that both Producers’ and Clients’ representatives  would not be able to participate in the Event scheduled for 30 September-2.10. This is why we made the difficult decision to postpone the exhibition.

We hope that the situation in the country and in the world will soon stabilise. We will invite you to Kielce without any problems on a date closely associated with the Kielce IFRE EXPO;  the next scheduled date of the Event related to its cyclical nature is  June 2023. The exact date will be announced soon.

Bearing in mind the need for our Exhibitors to present new products dedicated to the State and Volunteer Fire Brigades, we have created a new tool - promote and present your current offer at our Internet Portal and social media dedicated to the KIELCE IFRE-EXPO Fair. Make the best of this option.
