Firefighters' festival at Targi Kielce is getting bigger! Record-breaking surface, number of exhibitors during IFRE-EXPO 2025
Record growth: more exhibitors, more space, more countries.
The trade fair has been developing rapidly – this year’s expo is taking place on a record-breaking area of 10,122 m², which means a significant 30 per cent increase compared to the previous show in 2023. The number of companies participating in the event has also increased – 181 exhibitors from 13 countries (including Austria, Belgium, China, the Czech Republic, France, Canada, Lithuania, Germany, Poland, the USA, Sweden, Turkey, and Italy) are presenting their offers. By comparison, in 2023, 153 companies were present.
A rich agenda and attractions for everyone
Visitors can expect spectacular displays of equipment for fire and rescue services, prepared by the Provincial Headquarters of the State Fire Service and exhibitors. Traditionally, there will also be demonstrations of rescue dogs from the GRS OSP Nowy Sącz. The Voluntary Fire-Services Association Nationwide Agreement Foundation will offer open meetings on the safe driving of fire trucks in rugged terrain.
The Saturday finale of the event will be dedicated to families with children – it will also be the time when the Youth Fire Brigades competition takes place, promoting physical activity and fire protection knowledge among young people.
The most cutting-edge firefighting equipment at your fingertips
The exhibition will feature powerful vehicles, specialized tools and equipment; industry leaders will be showcasing their equipment: FIRE-MAX, BOCAR, BEZALIN, MOTO-TRUCK, ROSENBAUER Polska, MAGIRUS, SZCZĘŚNIAK, KADIMEX, SUPRON 1, ŁADZIŃSKI, WISS Stolarczyk and Szybicki and BIBMOT.
What is new is the expanded industry scope of the event, owed to the cooperation of Targi Kielce with the Main Headquarters of the State Fire Service and the Government Agency for Strategic Reserves (RARS). The cooperation has resulted in the fact that Kielce IFRE-EXPO 2025 will also serve as a platform for presenting innovative solutions and products tailored to the needs of strategic state reserves. The Government Agency also takes an active part in preparing the conference. This is the first firefighting show in Kielce held with such involvement of RARS.
Conference and briefings - IFRE-EXPO substantive centre
An important element of the agenda - the conference of the State Fire Service Headquarters with the participation of the Ministry of Interior and Administration and RARS, which will be held on 12 June. Discussions will focus on challenges in civil protection, warning and alarm systems, and protective infrastructure. There will also be briefings by the commanders of the State Fire Service and the directors of the provincial branches of the Volunteer Fire Service.
A new perspective for the services – PLN 13 billion for modernization
This year's IFRE-EXPO marks a unique moment - in May 2025, Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced the decision to allocate PLN 13 billion for the modernization program of uniformed services, including the State Fire Service, for the years 2026-2029. These funds will be allocated to the construction of 130 new facilities, the purchase of over 3,000 vehicles, weapons, special equipment and the modernization of the training base. The program also aims to increase the number of positions in the State Fire Service, with the intention of improving the working conditions of officers and enhancing the safety of citizens.
