Charging stations from the Garo Group showcased at Enex

The international company, which has been in business since the 1940s, joins the Enex expo to showcase its products. The Garo Group is a specialist in the production of electric car charging stations and electrical installation equipment. The company also is a distribution specialist for selected products on the Polish market

The Enex exhibitor has been on the Polish market since 1996. In addition, the company has its branches in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Ireland and Poland. Since March 2016, the Garo Group has also been listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.  

The Garo Group has enjoyed dynamic development. The expansion of its production plant on the right-bank part of Szczecin in 2017 and further development plans of the company mean that Garo Group will soon become one of the largest production plants in the region.

GARO Polska is the exclusive manufacturer of Wallbox type, wall-mounted charging stations for the entire GARO Group.  The development dynamics is best illustrated with the facts and figures. Ever since wallbox stations production began, i.e. since 2013, over 50,000 copies were produced until October 2020.  In the last 12 months - another 45,000 wall boxes have been made.

Some facts about the Garo Group:

  • Workstations are equipped with ergonomic tables with adjustable tabletops. The company also utilises the Smart Bin, i.e. the system of constant monitoring and automatic ordering of components necessary for production. In the near future, the firm’s plan to implement a proprietary warehouse notification system that ia a direct response for production needs.
  • A 70kWp on-grid (connected to the power grid) photovoltaic installation consisting of 276 polycrystalline modules was installed on the roof of the new hall. After the production launches, Garo plans to use all the energy generated in a green way for its own needs. Electricity from PV installations does not generate carbon dioxide, i.e. each MWh generated by GARO Polska means CO2 emissions reduction; there is over 800 kg oc CO2 less in atmosphere!
