Endego is a Polish provider of comprehensive, customer-specific engineering services, supporting manufacturers and suppliers in the bus sector and the wider transport industry. Headquartered in Kraków and backed by an experienced engineering team, the company delivers projects for international customers, providing support throughout the entire product development lifecycle - from concept and design to validation, prototyping, industrialization and production support.

In the bus sector, Endego’s capabilities include body and structural design, interior development, suspension and steering systems, electrical installations, HVAC systems, lighting and powertrain systems. A key area of the company’s expertise is electrification and the development of electric and hydrogen buses, including powertrain system integration, structural solutions for battery systems, high-voltage installations and thermal management. Endego also supports electrical harness design and documentation, using tools such as Zuken E3.

Endego’s advanced simulation capabilities include CAE (FEA, MBS and CFD), applied to bus structural strength assessment, crashworthiness and virtual homologation, as well as HVAC efficiency and passenger thermal comfort analyses. Virtual validation enables designs to be optimized for safety, weight, durability and efficiency before physical prototypes are produced.

Endego also develops electronics, embedded software and cybersecurity solutions for modern vehicles. Its capabilities include electronic system design and development, ECU and overall vehicle diagnostics, CAN, CAN-FD, LIN and J1939 communication analysis, embedded software development, PCB design, safety analyses, as well as system integration and validation.

Endego brings together more than 250 employees and operates five offices in Poland - in Kraków, Jelenia Góra, Katowice, Sanok and Lublin. The company also operates Endego GmbH in Munich, strengthening its direct cooperation with customers in Germany and across international markets.
