TRANSEXPO 2026 Targi Kielce Medals & Awards Competition

A prestigious distinction for the best public transport solutions

During the 18th International Fair of Public Transport TRANSEXPO 2026, the Targi Kielce Medals & Awards Competition will take place – one of the industry's most prestigious distinctions, recognizing innovative and high-value solutions for the public transport sector.

The competition aims to promote the most innovative and advanced products presented by TRANSEXPO exhibitors.

Who can participate?

The competition is open to exhibitors at the 18th International Fair of Public Transport TRANSEXPO who wish to showcase their products and compete for this prestigious award.

Competition categories:

• Buses
• Bus parts and equipment
• Technical infrastructure
• Passenger service systems (including passenger information, safety and network planning)
• Fare collection systems
• Other innovative products for public transport

Product evaluation:

Submitted products will be assessed by a professional Jury comprising representatives of the transport industry, independent experts, and organizations associated with public transport.

The evaluation will include, among others:

• Practical value and functionality
• Innovation and technological advancement
• Operational efficiency and ease of maintenance
• Design, ergonomics and quality of workmanship

Key dates:

• Competition entry deadline: 5 October 2026
• Jury evaluation: 13-14 October 2026
• Announcement of results and Medals & Awards Ceremony: 14 October 2026 during the TRANSEXPO 2026 Gala

Awards:

The winners of the competition will receive:

• Targi Kielce Medal
• Targi Kielce Distinction

Award recipients will have the right to mark their winning products with the official Targi Kielce Medal or Targi Kielce Distinction symbol, highlighting their quality, innovation and importance to the public transport market.
