• Available for both polymer & color sorting.
• Sorting by color differences, detecting and removing non-PET materials from flakes, such as PVC/PS/PC/PA/PP/PE/ABS, rubber or aluminium slice, etc. (PET flakes polymer sorting).
• Precisely detect and remove PP or PE (PP and PE polymer sorting).
• The max image resolution up to 1 mm, effectively removing impurities of 2 mm and above.

KC - MEYER Bottle Sorter
The MEYER KC sorting machine is an innovative solution that revolutionizes the bottle sorting process. Equipped with an advanced CMOS camera with high resolution and an intelligent deep learning algorithm, it enables effective sorting of white, blue, and green bottles, achieving a performance rate of over 98%.
Thanks to its innovative bottle transfer system, the machine ensures reliability and stability in the sorting process, achieving a throughput of up to 3 tons per hour. Its integrated design allows for easy installation and transport, regardless of workplace conditions.
Additionally, the machine can be expanded by adding a hyperspectral camera in the infrared spectrum, allowing simultaneous sorting of bottles by color, shape, and polymer type.
