Description
We are an engineering company specialized in the automation and robotization of production processes:
• integration of industrial robots tending injection molding machines,
• gripping systems for injection molds,
• sprue cutting,
• feeding inserts into injection molds (overmolding),
• product marking (laser, inkjet, labeling)
• visual quality control (KEYENCE, COGNEX).
In addition to designing our own solutions, we integrate solutions from our partners:
• FIPA GmbH – suction cups, vacuum technology components, components for gripper construction, vacuum lifters.
• Sumcab Robotics GmbH – robotic conduits and cables, cable reels for teach-pendant panels.
• LH-TC Autotools – quick connectors for automatic tool change on the robot, deburring spindles, grippers.
