Description
Konica Minolta manufactures a broad range of instruments and software solutions for color quality control and formulation in the plastic industry. We offer light booths for visual assessment of color, portable gloss meters and full line of portable and laboratory benchtop spectrophotometers with software packages for measurement of powders, granules, pellets or finished products from opaque, translucent, and transparent materials. The CF-300 offers a solution to manufacturers who need high precision spot measurements that would otherwise be difficult or impossible to position manually. A traditional spectrophotometer, even with a sample viewer, can be difficult to align on smaller sample areas. The high speed non-contact measurement capability is a significant benefit to:
• high speed lines of products which could be scratched by contact with an instrument,

Portable sphere spectrophotometers with horizontal alignment, designed for maximum performance when measuring the colour of flat or large samples. These close tolerance devices perform measurement both including (specular component included - SCI) and excluding (specular component excluded - SCE) surface conditions in one measurement sequence, significantly faster than the previous generation. Two measurement apertures - choice of either medium aperture measurement (8mm) or small aperture measurement (3mm) to adapt to small or patterned samples.
Integrated ISO compliant 60° gloss sensor (CM-26dG): gloss measurement data is captured and stored with colour data, greatly reducing the measurement and analysis time where both appearance characteristics are reported

The CM-36dG spectrophotometer is a highly accurate and reliable benchtop instrument capable of measuring colour either in reflectance or transmittance for a wide range of applications such as plastics, paints, ceramics, chemicals, etc.
For the first time ever, Konica Minolta Sensing has integrated an ISO 2813-compliant 60° gloss sensor into a bench-top spectrophotometer to simultaneously measure colour and gloss values at the same point. As both sets of values are reported together, not only are errors made in manual measurement reduced, but valuable working time and costs for additional equipment can be saved.
