About the event
MSPO 2027: the global defence industry gathers in Kielce for the 35th time!
From 31 August to 3 September 2027, Expo Kielce will once again be the centre of the global defence industry with the 35th International Defence Industry Exhibition, an anniversary edition. MSPO will bring together manufacturers of weapons and military equipment, armed forces representatives, government delegations and experts. MSPO is one of Europe’s leading industry events, where cutting-edge technology showcases go hand in hand with strategic talks and business partnerships.
For more than three decades, MSPO has been a platform for international networking, sharing experience and signing contracts. Exhibitors present the latest weapon systems, military vehicles, uncrewed technologies, communications and cyber security solutions, and equipment for the armed forces and uniformed services.
Technology, business and security
The Exhibition programme features conferences, expert debates, presentations and business meetings. MSPO provides a forum for discussing where defence is heading, the modernisation of the armed forces and today’s security challenges. The Ministry of National Defence has long been a driving force behind MSPO’s success, and Polish Armamants Group (PGZ) remains the event’s strategic partner. As is customary, the expo is accompanied by the Polish Armed Forces Exhibition.
The best products and solutions on show receive the prestigious DEFENDER Awards. Special awards are also presented, including the Award of the President of the Republic of Poland and the Special Award of the Minister of National Defence.
Poland as Lead Nation, Turkey as Partner Nation
Poland will be Lead Nation at the anniversary edition of the Exhibition, with Turkey taking on the role of Partner Nation. The pairing highlights both the importance of Poland’s own defence capabilities and the value of international industrial cooperation. Turkey’s role as partner will create more room to showcase technology and build links between companies from both countries.
Conferences and expert debates
An important part of MSPO is its conference agenda, featuring conferences, debates and seminars with speakers from the military, government, industry and academia. Experts discuss the modernisation of the armed forces, innovative technologies and security challenges, while the sessions encourage knowledge-sharing and new partnerships.
A record-breaking 2026 EXPO
The fatcs and figures from the last expo speak to MSPO’s international standing - in 2026, the Exhibition attracted 1,209 exhibitors from 43 countries and 45,000 visitors from 79 nations. The exhibits filled more than 49,000 square metres, and Canada was Lead Nation.
