KIM has successfully localized the production of Ultra-Precision Gears and Miniature Ball Screws earning recognition for our outstanding technology and manufacturing capabilities.
KIM is also the only company in Korea with in-house technology capable of designing, manufacturing, and validating roller screws entirely on our own.
In addition to development, we are actively engaged in mass production projects across key domestic sectors such as defense, aerospace, and engineering. Furthermore, we are expanding our business globally and growing alongside our international clients.
Based on the AS9100 quality management system, we operate our internal systems in a stable and reliable manner.

1. Rotary Actuator
KIM's rotary actuators are built upon our ultra-precision gear manufacturing technology and customized to meet specific user requirements. Featuring high-efficiency, low-backlash gear trains, they enable precise control of operating speed and improved control accuracy.
These actuators are increasingly gaining attention in next-generation industries such as unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), submarines, and urban air mobility (UAM).

2. Linear Actuator
KIM's linear actuators, which utilize either ultra-compact ball screws or high-load planetary roller screws to convert the rotational power of a motor into linear motion.
KIM’s linear actuators are based on in-house manufacturing technologies and optimized designs tailored to customer requirements. They offer precise motion control, high efficiency, and enhanced operating speed.
The linear actuators are increasingly recognized as eco-friendly alternatives to hydraulic systems and are being adopted in industries such as offshore drilling and machinery.

3. Ball Screw
KIM specializes in ultra-precision miniature ball screws with shaft diameters ranging from 3 mm to 20 mm.
The 3 mm shaft diameter ball screw, the smallest of its kind, was successfully developed in-house for the first time in Korea.
Our ultra-precision ball screws, ranging from C1 to C3 grade, are utilized in optical and medical industries. We also supply high-precision C5 grade products primarily for guided weapon actuators.
KIM continues to invest in technological advancement and is aiming not only to offer customized solutions but also to achieve a stable supply of standardized products through the establishment of technical standards and dedicated production lines.

4. Roller Screw
The roller screw, for which we successfully developed independent design and manufacturing technologies.
Building on our ball screw manufacturing expertise, we achieved localization of roller screws in 2011, and in 2015, we successfully developed the world’s largest roller screw with a shaft diameter of 723 mm.

5. Gear/Gear Box
KIM has dedicated many years to technological development and now possesses advanced gear manufacturing capabilities that achieve the highest level of precision: AGMA Q12 and minimum module 0.4mm
