Carbide burrs
Master brand carbide burrs are manufactured in a wide range of shapes, sizes and cuts. They are designed to provide high material removal rates and long life cycles.
Master carbide burrs are available in standard versions on either a 3mm or 6mm shank. To meet their application requirements, our range includes long shank cutters and double-sided cutters.
The range includes single-sided, double-sided, diamond and ripping (aluminium) cutters.
Our products are used for material removal, grinding, deburring, in the aerospace, foundry and metalworking industries
Masterflex
Masterflex
"MASTERFLEX" is a cotton fibre compressed into a compacted bonded mould with an aluminium oxide abrasive.
The "MASTERFLEX" range of mounted points is available in shapes and sizes according to the FEPA standard.
"MASTERFLEX" products can be manufactured with grit sizes and grades to meet the requirements of the specific application. GFX as a soft latex material is used for smoothing and finishing, while MTX as a hard resin-bonded grinding wheel is used for material removal.
'MASTERFLEX' products are suitable for use in a range of industrial applications, including aerospace and automotive, where they excel at grinding and finishing stainless steel and other high alloys.

Superabrasives
Master's diamond and cubic boron nitride (CBN) grinding wheels are designed for heavy grinding work and those done with more challenging materials.
Bonds offered include resin (phenolic and polyamide), electroplated and metal bonds, while the wheels themselves are offered in all shapes in accordance with FEPA.
The superabrasive products are ideal for grinding and finishing of composites, ceramics and glass.

Mounted points
Master mounted points offer fast grinding and a high-quality finish. They are available with ceramic and synthetic resin, as well as rubber, felt, Masterflex cotton fiber bond, special products and nickel-plated superabrasive materials.
Master mounted points are suitable for a variety of material removal, grinding and finishing applications.
