HEAVYCAT as a brand managed by HeavyGroup was founded in 2018 with 100% Polish capital, developing ideas and implementing the founders' projects. Thanks to over 10 years of experience in the industry, passion and constant willingness to develop, it aspires to the leading position in providing optimal solutions for the industry.

Our goal is to ensure continuity and improve the efficiency of production, especially the efficiency of machining on our clients' CNC machines. We make it possible to increase the accuracy and quality of manufactured parts thanks to optimally designed Presscool high-pressure coolant systems, Filtroll filtration units and HiCool cooling units. Thanks to HydraulicBooster aggregates, we enable optimization of workpiece mounting, and thanks to MachineConnect machine monitoring software, we enable verification of planned production efficiency. Maintenance services provide support in maintaining production continuity, and technological training - the development of staff. Fulfilling special customer requirements is our priority.

The history of the HEAVYCAT team begins in 2008 with production works and their optimization using simple force automation devices. The following years bear fruit in the implementation of new projects, and through the technical knowledge gained at universities, courses and training in the field of automation, as well as practice acquired in servicing machines and devices in 2015, the first version of the High Pressure coolant aggregate was developed. The road from prototypes, refined versions to a fully functional product takes another year. The production and assembly of high pressure coolant systems and equipment is becoming a major driving force of development. In 2017, a project implementing the Idustry4.0 concept is launched, based on the collection and analysis of data from machine tools, enabling production monitoring and planning. Work on the test version of the software takes two years. In 2019, the program is launched for the first time, analyzing data from 12 machines.
