The potential of the Polish Army displayed at the MSPO Open Day

Krab artillery howitzers, Leopard tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, Rosomak armoured personnel carriers, and American MRAP Cougar vehicles exhibited during the Open Day of the International Defence Industry Exhibition at Targi Kielce. Combat song concerts and parade drill shows are also in the pipeline. The event starts at 10.00 and continues 17.00 on Saturday, 10 September

- The Exhibition held under the banner of "The Homeland Defence - Duty and Honour for Every Soldier" presents the potential of our army! - informs the press office of the Armed Forces Exhibition. 

About 200 units of military equipment and the newest equipment of soldiers are displayed in the A Expo Hall, a part of B Expo Hall and in the outdoor exhibition grounds. In total, about 8,300 square meters. Visitors to the Exhibition on Saturday, 10 September, will see the expo stands of military units representing all types of Branches of Armed Forces. There are also military universities, museums, institutes and the military health service.

The exhibition space abounds with exciting and diverse military equipment and equipment. - At the outdoor expo we present heavy-duty equipment such as: Leopard tanks, Rosomak armoured personnel carriers in various versions, the Krab cannon howitzer, or the Langusta rocket launcher, which is the biggest attraction for visitors every year. Simulators and trainers used to teach and train our soldiers are an essential part of the Exhibition - the press office of the Armed Forces Exhibition.

The newest American Cougar - for the first time at MSPO

A novelty at the Armed Forces Exhibition - the powerful MRAP (Mine Resistant Ambush Protected) Cougar 4x4 vehicle, which will be used by the Polish army this year. The vehicle was brough in from the United States in its "desert" version, in Poland it was adapted to the needs of the armed forces. It has been painted green and equipped.   

Concerts and drill shows

The Armed Forces Exhibition is the main point of the MSPO Open Day. There is an abundance of attractions prepared by the Inspectorate for Armed Forces Support, Targi Kielce, including combat song concerts and parade drill shows and spectacular helicopter take-offs.

Raytheon Company, one of the world's most significant defence concerns, will present the latest ammunition models at the jubilee Kielce's MSPO. Excalibur guided artillery projectiles, the Javelin anti-tank missiles with the LWCLU Lightweight Command Launch Unit and SkyCeptor missiles are to be displayed. These products are highly valued in the Polish army and in many countries armies.

The MSPO Open Day agenda abounds with attractions. Saturday, 10 September - your chance to have a closer look at vehicles and defence equipment and also take part in competitions which win you attractive prizes. Concerts and parade drill shows are also planned to make the event even more appealing. Spectacular helicopters will hover overhead. The event is open to the public, no admission fee.
