Attractions galore at the MSPO Open Day - see the agenda. The event is open to the public, no admission fee

The MSPO Open Day agenda abounds with attractions. Saturday, 10 September - your chance to have a closer look at vehicles and defence equipment and also take part in competitions which win you attractive prizes. Concerts and parade drill shows are also planned to make the event even more appealing. Spectacular helicopters will hover overhead. The event is open to the public, no admission fee.

The jubilee, 30th International Defence Industry Exhibition continues for 5 days; Saturday, 10 September is when Targi Kielce opens up and welcomes residents. Whole families with children, and especially enthusiasts of military, defence vehicles and equipment should save the date for the  MSPO Open Day. The Armed Forces Exhibition is held under the banner of "The Homeland Defence - Duty and Honour for Every Soldier." The show features defence vehicles and gear used by the Polish military. Companies that are part of the Polish Armaments Group also showcase their achievements.   

 

There will also be plenty of attractions, such as concerts and artistic performances, competitions with prizes, military-themed karaoke, and parade drill shows. Spectacular helicopters, such as AW 109 Trakker, AW139 M, Black Hawk, Appache, Chinook will hover above. These machines will take off from the Kielce exhibition and congress centre.

10.00-17.00 The Armed Forces Exhibition  -A, B Expo  Hall + Outdoor exhibition grounds (enter via the West Terminal and Gate No. 3)

10.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m. Prize-winning competitions for children. A military-themed Karaoke Competition  (promotional and information stand of the Inspectorate of Support for the Armed Forces, A Expo Hall). Organiser:  Inspectorate for Armed Forces Support

10.10-10.20 Parade Drill Show of the Representative Honour Guard Regiment - students of the ZDZ School Complex in Kielce (square in front of the stage)

10.20-11.20 Performance of the  KUJAWIA Brass Band  (blue stage,  outdoor exhibition grounds next to gate 3). Organiser:  Inspectorate for Armed Forces Support

11.20-12.20 Performance of the  10th Logistics Brigade Club  (blue stage,  outdoor exhibition grounds next to gate 3). Organiser:  Inspectorate for Armed Forces Support

12.20-12.30  Parade Drill Show of the Representative Honour Guard Regiment - students of the ZDZ School Complex in Kielce (square in front of the stage)

12.30-14.00 Concert -  The Battle Songs  (green stage, outdoor exhibition grounds area next to gate no. 3). Organiser:  Kuman Team

14.00-15.00  Performance of the  Inspectorate of Support for the Armed Forces' Club  (blue stage,  outdoor exhibition grounds next to gate 3). Organiser:  Inspectorate for Armed Forces Support

15.00 –16.00  Performance of the  Military Training Centre For Foreign Operations Club   (blue stage,  outdoor exhibition grounds next to gate 3). Organiser:  Inspectorate for Armed Forces Support

On the third day of the International Defence Industry Exhibition in Kielce, the cooperation agreement between the Polish Armaments Group and the Metrology Cluster was signed. The signing act by the president of Targi Kielce, Doctor Andrzej Mochoń and PGZ president Sebastian Chwałek.

- It's already the 30th International Defence Industry Exhibition MSPO Kielce has become the capital of Europe's defence industry. For these few days, Poland is at the heart of Europe's security architecture - said Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki during his visit to Targi Kielce on Thursday, 8, September. During his visit to Targi Kielce, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki toured the expo stands at the 30th International Defence Industry Exhibition and met with journalists.

From the first day of the jubilee MSPO, the exhibition of military equipment and modern technology is accompanied by numerous dynamic shows that attract a large group of people and generates an avid interest. The latest anti-drone systems, modern tools used by the military, unmanned aerial vehicles and thermal imaging cameras – there are only some examples of the assortment put on display at show-presentations.

The South Korean Hanwha Defense and Polish Armaments Group have signed a memorandum setting out the partnership principles for production, servicing, life cycle costs and future development of K9 self-propelled howitzers, infantry fighting vehicles and multiple rocket launchers. The memorandum was signed on the second day of the Targi Kielce MSPO.
