The Polish Union of the Cosmetics Industry’s main objectives includes; soliciting legislation, the social and economic policy of public authorities, contacting legislative initiative bodies issuing opinions and making applications on legal acts related to the cosmetics industry, cooperation with other employers’ organizations, training, conducting research as well as economic consultancy and issuing expert opinions for employers and employers’ organizations in the cosmetics industry.

The PUWP operation is based on five pillars. The first step is to identify the problem, needs and threats. This is followed by consultations with member companies and the development of a common union position, and a decision on the strategy of action. The fourth is to carry out appropriate measures at both the national and European levels. The last element is the proper communication of the effects of activities in the form of a clear message to the member companies.

Cooperation with the Polish Union of the Cosmetics Industry as part of the SLAVIC B2Beauty expo will certainly benefit local producers and open up new development paths for them.
