The Polish manufacturer of industrial machinery paid tribute for fighting Ukraine.

Elbi-Wrocław - a manufacturer of industrial machinery for global brands, has donated all funds for the PLASTPOL participation to help the Ukrainian citizens. Instead of the regular place where the company's expo stand is located, there is a telling, empty space with a carpet in the colours of the Ukrainian flag.

The company's statement reads:

"We have been a part of PLASTPOL for 22 years. Here we made business contacts; we witnessed how you grow in strength. We have always been proud of every moment given to support these initiatives with our products and services.

However, this year is different. We have to be different because 300 kilometres from here, civilians are shelled with bombs. Because millions of people have been forced to abandon their lives, their homes, and often their loved ones.

We cannot and do not want to be indifferent in the face of these dramatic facts. We recognised today that it is our duty to help those who, risking their health and life, fight for freedom and dignity.

That is why we have decided which - we believe that all our Partners will understand. We intend to allocate the funds, generally allocated for the expo stand, its operation and other expenses usually associated with the expo presence differently - we use the funds to help the Ukrainian nation ".
