The lecture on "Civic organisations in times of crisis - challenges for public policies" was delivered by the Deputy Prime Minister Professor Piotr Gliński, Chairman of the Committee for Public Benefit. This was the highlight of the second day of the NGO-EXPO National Fair of Non-Governmental Organisations.
