Meet the LogInPack speakers: Ireneusz Zyzański

A coach, mentor, business trainer, and Senior Trainer of the CoachWise™ Mentoring Academy with over 20 years of experience in managing multinational teams in Europe, the Middle East and Asia will lecture on the work challenges in an international team. The lecture is held within the scope of the LogInPack Congress.

As an intercultural coach, mentor and consultant, Ireneusz Zyzański uses managerial experience gained during 24 years of work in HR and sales at international corporations in Poland, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, China, Indonesia and Hong Kong. The expert co-designs and participates in the implementation of Internal Mentoring Programs in organisations. He is a member of the knowledge team of the CoachWise™ HR Group Mentoring program and the PMI Chapter Poland Mentoring Program. Ireneusz Zyzański is also a certified trainer and coach of the Centre for Creative Leadership (CCL).

The second unveiling of most knowledge-packed event for the packaging, e-commerce and logistics industries features a lecture on the pitfalls of cultural stereotypes. The session discusses how to cooperate in international teams and constantly develop your competencies, discover yourself and expand your horizons.
