Success Strategies: The 2nd LogInPack Congress - a source of inspiration for different industries
The first day of the congress witnessed experts discuss the activities of the Creative Packaging Group Cluster, its importance for the packaging sector and the benefits of joining forces, and exchanging ideas and experiences. The presentation by Małgorzata Chomiuk, the representatives and specialist of Creative Packaging Group’s Cluster generated great interest among the audience.
Marcin Królski, a member of the management board of Relopack, raised the topic of new challenges in logistics and packaging. Doctor Engineer Sławomir Luściński from the Kielce University of Technology spoke about how Generation Z is changing logistics.
Łukasz Wysokiński, InPost Fulfillment managing director, and Marcin Radecki, general director of Dataverse-Pro, shared their experience in optimizing costs and operational processes based on data analysis and artificial intelligence. The idea of InPost Fulfillment, i.e. end to end services for e-commerce was quoted as an example.
– The idea behind our model is that there is one Control Tower for all the last-mile related services however it all starts with fulfillment, and the first mile, i.e. the receipt of your goods, for example from your suppliers. Alternatively, international transport, i.e. importing products to the European market - said Łukasz Wysokiński, managing director at InPost Fulfillment.
