PZL-Świdnik is the only Polish helicopter manufacturer that has produced machines for over 70 years. During this time, the company has produced and delivered more than 7,400 helicopters to customers in over 40 countries around the world.

The PZL-Świdnik production has positioned Poland as one of Europe’s five countries with the ability to design, manufacture, develop and support helicopters independently. Now, the company employs approximately 2,600 employees, including 650 engineers, and cooperates with nearly 1,000 Polish companies. The company, based in Świdnik, is a crucial partner of the Polish Ministry of Defence. 80% of the helicopters delivered to the Ministry of National Defence in the last decade are machines manufactured by PZL-Świdnik. The company has been part of Leonardo Helicopters since 2010.
