Expo Kielce and Indian organisation Wisewonder have established a strategic partnership aimed at strengthening economic ties between Poland and India. The agreement covers the promotion of trade shows held in Kielce, the exchange of market information, and support for Indian companies' and business delegations' participation in exhibition events.

Wisewonder becomes Expo Kielce’s strategic partner in the Indian market. The cooperation will help build connections between businesses, institutions and investors from both countries. The partners also plan to organise business missions, meetings, seminars and congresses, as well as joint analyses of markets with the greatest growth potential.

The agreement focuses primarily on sectors related to agriculture and food processing, industry, energy – including renewable energy sources – as well as plastics and rubber processing. These are sectors represented by some of the most important business events held in Kielce.

One of them is Agrotech, bringing together manufacturers of agricultural machinery, crop production technologies, farm equipment and solutions for modern agriculture. Cooperation with a partner active in the Indian market could facilitate participation in the event for manufacturers, distributors and representatives of institutions involved in agriculture and food processing.

Plastpol is also of major importance – one of Europe’s leading events for the plastics and rubber industry. The trade show can provide a platform for presenting technologies, machinery, raw materials and production solutions from India, while also supporting Polish companies interested in expanding their operations into the Indian market.

In the energy sector, the cooperation will include Enex, dedicated to renewable energy sources, energy storage, electromobility, photovoltaics and modern energy systems. India is one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing energy markets, making the participation of Indian companies and experts a potential driver of new opportunities for technological cooperation and investment.

The agreement will also cover industrial events held in Kielce, including trade shows bringing together companies from the foundry industry, metalworking, production technologies, quality control and automation. The aim is to increase the presence of Indian businesses at exhibitions in Kielce while making it easier for Polish manufacturers to establish trade and technology partnerships in India.

The cooperation between Expo Kielce and Wisewonder is intended to create practical tools to support businesses: access to market information, assistance with participation in trade shows, meetings with potential partners, and participation in business missions. The memorandum sets out a three-year framework for cooperation, with the possibility of extending the partnership.
