Companies Are Already Booking Stands for Agrotech 2027. A New Hall Awaits Exhibitors

09 October 2026
Manufacturers and suppliers to the agricultural sector are already signing up for Agrotech 2027 and booking exhibition space. At the International Fair of Agricultural Techniques, taking place at Expo Kielce from 12 to 14 March, companies will showcase machinery, technologies and agricultural inputs in the venue’s new hall for the first time. All signs point to the event once again becoming the largest trade show held in the centre’s exhibition halls.

Preparations for the industry’s March gathering are gathering pace. Growing interest is translating into exhibitor registrations, with companies keen to present their offerings to farmers, meet dealers and establish new business contacts. Booking a stand now gives exhibitors time to plan their product displays and prepare a space for discussions with customers.

Agrotech is Poland’s largest agricultural machinery trade show held in exhibition halls. The event covers tractors, combine harvesters, machinery for cultivation, sowing, fertilisation and harvesting, livestock production equipment and machinery for farm operations. Precision farming technologies and automation also feature prominently, alongside fertilisers, seeds and plant protection products. For farmers, the trade show offers an opportunity to compare solutions from different manufacturers under one roof and discuss how they could be used on their own farms.

The scale of the event is reflected in the figures from the last edition. In March 2026, more than 500 exhibitors from 21 countries presented their products, while Agrotech and its co-located Las-Expo timber industry trade show attracted nearly 80,000 visitors. Interest in machinery translated into concrete purchasing decisions, with sales agreements for tractors and agricultural equipment being signed during the event.

In 2027, exhibitors will showcase their Agrotech displays in Expo Kielce’s new hall for the first time. The facility offers 15,500 square metres of ground-floor exhibition space, an additional 3,000 square metres of mezzanine space and a height of 15 metres. The limited number of columns makes it easier to arrange stands and display large machines. A high-load-bearing floor can accommodate heavy tractors and combine harvesters, while seven access gates streamline deliveries and stand preparation. The mezzanine houses conference rooms and a restaurant.

The new space will give companies more room to showcase their products, while visitors will benefit from more comfortable conditions for exploring machinery and holding business discussions. The March dates also give exhibitors an opportunity to reach farmers as they prepare their holdings for the coming season.
