Agrotech is in preparation for 2026! This is the final call for exhibitors
Preparations for the 31st International Agricultural Technology Fair are gaining momentum. Hundreds of companies from Poland and abroad have declared their participation in the event, which will take place from 13 to 15 March 2026.
Every year, Agrotech gathers over 500 exhibitors and thousands of visitors from Poland and abroad. Agrotech annually attracts thousands of visitors from Poland and abroad, and the last edition set a record. 80 thousand visitors – a result that confirms the growing importance of the event not only on a national scale, but also internationally. – The entire industry meets here: farmers, producers and suppliers, as well as representatives of agricultural organisations and institutions. Market novelties are presented, relationships are established, and contracts for the purchase of machinery or means of production are signed, says Kamil Perz, director of the Agrotech fair. - The interest from companies in participating in our events is therefore very high. Many companies, both regular exhibitors and those we have not hosted yet, have declared their participation and are taking up exhibition space. Space is shrinking every day, so I encourage companies planning to participate to contact us as soon as possible.

Changes at the Targi Kielce Construction works in progress
Space for several hundred exhibitors has been prepared for many years in permanent halls, temporary pavilions, and on the exhibition centre's grounds in Kielce. The 2026 edition will see the exhibition's spatial arrangement change. In the area where one of the pavilions, additionally built at Agrotech and previously operated in hall 7, a new facility is being constructed.
– During the 2026 expo, we will use six permanent halls and prepare temporary halls in Targi Kielce. The standard and quality of these new pavilions at the last expo were satisfactory for exhibitors and visitors; they offer the same level of presentation comfort as our permanent halls. They offer the same possibilities as our permanent halls. We are working to ensure that all exhibitors have the necessary conditions to participate in the trade fair, says Kamil Perz. – During the March expo, we will see the new facility. The building's opening is scheduled for the summer of 2026.
Targi Kielce’s new infrastructure - opportunities galore
Agrotech exhibitors will erect expo stands there in March 2027; the new hall will bring innovative, world-class exhibition opportunities.
Fifteen thousand five hundred square meters on the ground floor of a new 15-meter-tall expo hall will give designers room to express their imagination. A high-load-bearing floor, wide entrance gates, few columns, a regular shape to the hall interior, limited roof skylights, and the option of suspensions are the foundation for creativity.
– Expo presentations will take various forms, depending on the needs of exhibitors; the heaviest machines will be put on show here. Lighting arrangements in line with the original idea, without intrusive sunlight, will help draw visitors' attention more effectively.
Another 3,000 square meters will be available on the mezzanine with conference rooms featuring the latest solutions for congresses and training sessions. Business talks sometimes require a silent space to hold; this section will be cut out for such talk-shop sessions. The mezzanine will also house a restaurant
which can be divided into three parts using a sliding wall system. The solution will enable events from various industries to be organised simultaneously.
The approximately PLN 100 million investment will significantly expand the exhibition space, enabling the organisation of the most significant industry events on an even larger scale. The new expo hall, combined with the existing space, will create over 50,000 square meters of exhibition space under the roof.
This is what the exhibition hall will look like in October 2025.
