The second the Agro Africa B2B Forum in March 2027: business, knowledge and new export directions
The results of the first business forum, which focused on cooperation between Polish and African companies, encourage the organisers to already work on the second edition of this event, organised by Targi Kielce as part of the Agrotech agricultural technology trade fair. The forum's unique value lies in its combination of expert knowledge and practical business. The forum program includes substantive lectures on the possibilities of economic cooperation between Poland and African countries, trends in agriculture, and export opportunities for manufacturers of machinery, equipment, and technologies for the agro-sector.
A key part of the event are B2B meetings, which will enable direct discussions between representatives of Polish companies and business delegations from African countries. The forum provides a space for establishing business contacts, exchanging experiences, and initiating specific business projects.
Agro Africa B2B Forum with contracts
The premiere of the Agro Africa B2B Forum demonstrated that face-to-face business talks are the most effective way to build relationships in new markets. Thirty-six Polish companies and approximately 50 enterprises and organisations from African countries participated in the event. Approximately 150 B2B meetings were held during the forum, resulting in the signing of 39 trade and partnership agreements. The agreements covered, among other things, the supply of agricultural machinery, spare parts, fertilisers, agri-food products, and cooperation promoting Polish agricultural technologies in African markets. The first machines were shipped directly from the expo centre to Africa.
Participants in the previous edition emphasised the forum's high substantive value and the opportunity for direct conversations with potential business partners. Company representatives emphasised that the opportunity to meet partners face-to-face is crucial for building trust and initiating cooperation in African markets. Many participants expressed their interest in participating in subsequent editions of the event even during the first edition.
Africa – the market of the future for the agro industry
Africa remains one of the most promising development destinations for agricultural machinery and technology manufacturers. The dynamic development of agriculture, growing modernisation needs, and demand for innovative solutions are making the continent an increasingly important economic partner for European companies.
The Agro Africa B2B Forum 2027 will be an opportunity to gain practical knowledge of these markets, learn about their specific characteristics, and establish contacts that can translate into export growth and new contracts. The forum will take place on 13 March 2027, during the Targi Kielce Agrotech trade fair.
