STRATEXPO – the Civil Protection and Strategic Reserves Expo is a new accompanying event of the 4th edition of the International POLSECURE Trade Fair 2026, which will take place on 21–23 April 2026 at Targi Kielce. The event has been created in cooperation with the Government Agency for Strategic Reserves (RARS) and responds to the growing importance of civil protection, state resilience, and crisis management in the context of contemporary threats.

STRATEXPO – a space for innovation and cooperation

STRATEXPO is a dedicated platform for presenting innovative technologies, products, and solutions supporting the development and maintenance of strategic reserves as well as the civil protection system. The event is addressed to:

• manufacturers and suppliers of technical equipment, IT and digital solutions, medical supplies, long-term food products, and equipment for uniformed services;
• local government officials and representatives of local authorities;
• representatives of public administration and services responsible for crisis management;
• experts in the fields of security, logistics, infrastructure, and technology.

As part of the event, conferences and B2B meetings co-organized by RARS will also be held, focusing on current challenges related to civil protection, civil defense, and building national resilience.

RARS – a pillar of national security and resilience

The Government Agency for Strategic Reserves (RARS), operating under the Act of 17 December 2020 on strategic reserves, plays a key role in the national security system. The Agency’s mission is to build and maintain functional, efficient, and diversified strategic reserves that support public administration, emergency services, and citizens in crisis situations.

RARS is responsible for ensuring the availability of resources necessary in the face of emergencies, including food, medical, technical, and fuel reserves.

With the entry into force of the Act on Civil Protection and Civil Defence of 17 November 2023, the Agency also became one of the key entities within the national security structure.

STRATEXPO – security, resilience, cooperation

The STRATEXPO Expo constitutes a unique platform for dialogue between public institutions, services, and the industrial sector. Its goal is to strengthen cooperation for national security, facilitate the exchange of experience, and present solutions that enhance the state’s ability to respond to contemporary challenges and threats.
