Company Ultralight AG, based in the Principality of Liechtenstein, has been active in the field of development and production of UV lamps and components for over 50 years. Our UV lamps are optimised for the highest demands and are characterized by reliability, quality workmanship and outstanding durability. Our products are used wherever coatings and paints are cured by polymerization using UV light: in the packaging, printing and wood industries; as well as in the automotive supply industry, in metal and glass decoration and direct printing on molded objects such as cups, buckets and tubes.

Even today, the highly flexible production of medium-pressure lamps can hardly be automated. Years of experience, special dexterity and great attention to detail are crucial in this process. Every Ultralight lamp is carefully checked and released for shipment only if all quality requirements are met. Our product range includes UV lamps of various arc lengths and power grades, complemented with lamps with doping to expand the spectrum or with special transmission properties. In total, there are around 4,000 types for almost all common UV applications.
With the Phaser EVO, Ultralight AG offers one of the most efficient ballasts on the UV market. When developing our “Phaser EVO” ballast series, we had three design goals: low energy consumption, protection of the lamp's service life and flexible application options. Therefore, the “Phaser EVO” series has an efficiency of up to 97%, a stepless power adjustment from 10% to 100%, and the option of running in constant or cycle mode. The compact design, power of up to 40 kW and various interfaces allow integration into existing systems. This enables you to retrofit older systems cost-effectively and make them future proof.
